The idea behind "Gift Weight" is that everyone deserves to give the gift of happiness to themselves. If happiness for you means losing weight, join the club! Especially after the holiday season, when we've spent the month giving gifts and packing on the pounds, it's time to give a gift to ourselves. This community is aimed at members with from any kind of eating disorder, but if you aren't you are still welcome. I only ask that you don't come here trying to "learn" how to "get" an eating disorder. We're all here for support only.

I've always been successful with the 2,4,6,8. It's pretty simple...just stay under or at 200 calories, then 400 the next day, 600 the next day...and so on. I like to fast after the 800 day, but if you don't feel up to that, just skip that day. There are only a few guidelines for this plan for optimal results:
*At LEAST 8 glasses of water a day. This is so vital to losing weight and keeps your skin gorgeous :) *No getting your calories from candy! Try to get your daily calories from healthy food. *Exercise!! At LEAST 3 days a week of 30 minutes of cardio...stair step, run, anything. *Please post, we're all here for support :) And progress pics are great too!
